The $39/mo base covers your first 30 live accounts. Need more? Each additional live account is a flat marginal add — our connection layer is lightweight, not a heavy server per account, so we pass the savings on. Most users never need more than 30.

Without it, an idle account goes cold after a while and takes a moment to warm up on the next call. You're billed only for the connections you keep hot, prorated as you toggle them on and off.

Is there really a free plan?＋

Yes — free forever on demo accounts. You get up to 5 demo broker accounts, unlimited demo orders, full historical candles, and live tick streaming. No credit card to start.

What counts as a “live account”?＋

A funded, real-money broker account. Demo accounts are always free and never count toward your paid capacity — you only start paying once you connect a live broker.

How does Pro pricing scale past 30 accounts?＋

The $39/mo base includes 30 live accounts. Beyond that it's a flat +$2 per live account, all the way to the cap of 300 (so 300 live accounts is $579/mo). Demo accounts stay free. For more than 300 accounts, that's Enterprise.

What is the always-hot add-on?＋

It keeps your broker session connected 24/7 so a webhook, alert, or bot always has a live session to trade on — no cold-start delay when an order needs to fire. What’s the difference between Trader and Pro?＋

Trader is $3.99 per live account, from 1 to 10 — fully programmable over the API, SDK & MCP, with 10 demo accounts and optional always-hot at $0.99/mo per connection. Pro is a flat $39/mo and includes 30 live accounts, always-hot on every account, Copy Trading, and Bulk operations across your accounts. Choose Trader to automate a handful of accounts; at 10 accounts Pro costs less, so move to Pro when you run more — or when you want copy trading and bulk.

Which brokers can I connect?＋

Any MT4 or MT5 broker account. You link it with your normal broker login — the same server, login, and password you'd use in the terminal — and we hold a lightweight connection for you. Not sure your broker works? Connect a demo account for free and try it before you pay.

Is Copy Trading included?＋

Yes — on Pro and Enterprise. Pick one of your accounts as the master and the rest follow every trade, each scaled to its own size, mapped to its own broker's symbols, and kept inside its own risk limits.

Is the Bulk API included?＋

Yes — on Pro and Enterprise. Place, close, modify, or cancel across many accounts in one call: a single request fans out to your whole pool.

Can I run my accounts from Claude?＋

Yes. TickerAll runs a hosted MCP server — generate an MCP key in your dashboard, add the connector in Claude (web or desktop) or any MCP client, and manage everything in plain English: balances, positions, trades, and candles. Works on demo or live accounts.

Do you have SDKs for TypeScript and Python?＋

Yes — official SDKs for both: @tickerall/sdk on npm and tickerall on PyPI. Or call the REST and WebSocket API directly.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?＋

Yes. Adjust your live-account capacity or cancel from the billing dashboard. Increases are prorated and charged now; decreases are credited to your next invoice, and any leftover credit is refunded to your card if you cancel.

Do I need a credit card to sign up?＋

No. Sign up free and use demo accounts with no card. You only add billing when you upgrade to Pro to connect a live broker.

When should I talk to you about Enterprise?＋
